ChicSpeak: Tips for C L E A R skin!

Hello, Lovlies!

I have a few quick tips, for nice, clean & clear skin. I've tested these out.. & they've helped me out!

  1. Drink Lots of Water! Our lovely H2O helps not only dehydration.. but also skin! At least drinking 1 bottle worth of water a day, and you'll start seeing your skin clear up! It also helps to minimize the intake of junk food, and I know that might be hard! If you stay consistent, the results will be fab!
  2. A Routine. Making a daily face-washing routine, and keeping up with it will help out your skin.. loads! Sticking to the routine will get your skin used to it.. and eventually it'll adjust. Just make sure the products you use are catered to your specific needs, such as dry skin.. oily skin.. etc.
  3. Sleep & Less Stress. You heard me! Getting an adequate amount of sleep will do wonders to your skin. You'll wake up revitalized and so will your skin! Stress is terrible to your skin. It drains you out, plus it adds unnecessary oils to your skin. 
Follow these easy tips.. AND staying consistent will help make your skin Gorgeous!!
